Information you enter into the tools

The Letter Unscrambler, Word Finder and Random Picker are designed to run in your browser. The letters, searches and lists you enter are processed locally for the tool functionality and are not sent to WordFinderHub for server-side processing or stored in a WordFinderHub account or database.

WordFinderHub does not provide accounts, saved search history or saved Random Picker lists in the current version.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting and network providers may automatically process technical request information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, date and time of a request, referring page and security-related information. WordFinderHub is hosted through Netlify, which may process this information under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and local storage

The core WordFinderHub tools do not require first-party cookies or local storage to save your searches or picker entries. WordFinderHub has installed Google AdSense code while the site is under review, and Google may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers in connection with that code and related advertising services. Advertising and Google AdSense

WordFinderHub has installed Google AdSense code and has submitted the site for AdSense review. At the time of this policy update, the site is not approved to serve ads.

WordFinderHub does not sell the letters, searches or Random Picker lists you enter into the tools. Technical information may be processed by service providers that help host, secure or operate the website. Google and participating advertising partners may process information in connection with the installed AdSense code, consent tools and, if the site is approved, ad serving as described above and in our Cookie Policy.

Data retention

Because tool input is not stored by WordFinderHub, there is no WordFinderHub server-side search or picker history to retain. Hosting, security, email and advertising providers may retain information according to their own retention schedules. Emails are retained only as reasonably necessary for correspondence, support, legal or business purposes.

Children's privacy

WordFinderHub is a general-audience utility and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not ask users to create accounts or provide age information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us by email, contact us so we can review the request.
